Manage end-to-end US Government procurement cycles. Develop vendor relationships, prepare compliant bid packages, and coordinate delivery fulfillment for DoD contracts. 3+ years federal acquisition experience required.
Coordinate cross-border shipments between MENA region and US delivery points. Manage customs documentation, freight forwarding, and chain-of-custody records. Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred.
Monitor and maintain VIC's compliance across BAA, FAR, DFARS, and ITAR frameworks. Maintain SAM.gov registrations, prepare compliance audits, and track regulatory changes affecting federal procurement eligibility.
